On December 12, 2017, Hebei Tourism Investment Jinling International Hotels Management Co., Ltd. held the First Enlarged Meeting of Board of Directors in Beijing. Company directors and senior executives attended the meeting. Jiang Hua, Vice Chairman of Hebei Tourism Investment Group Co., Ltd., and Chen Xueming, President of Jinling International Hotels Management Co., Ltd., attended the meeting, and supervisors and middle-level management of Jinling International Hotels Management Co., Ltd. sat in the meeting as non-voting delegates.

At the meeting, both parties summarized and reviewed the work over the past year, and made plans and arrangements for the work of 2018. The meeting pointed out that after nearly a year of planning and infrastructure construction, the dual brand cooperation strategy has make remarkable achievements, and the two parties exchanged ideas on the future development of Tourism Investment Jinling. The meeting pointed out that Tourism Investment Jinling International Hotels Management Co., Ltd. shall adhere to the market-oriented operation, and both parties shall make plans for the implantation mode of the dual-brand cooperation, tamp the system construction, promote the project development, strengthen the construction of the marketing system, and share resources, so as to achieve a win-win brand cooperation.

Jiang Hua, Vice Chairman, made a concluding speech. He pointed out that in the first year, the cooperation between Hebei Tourism Investment Group Co., Ltd. and Jinling International Hotels Management Co., Ltd. was very solid, steady and effective. He stressed that the cooperation between Hebei Tourism Investment Group Co., Ltd. and Jinling International Hotels Management Co., Ltd. was of great strategic significance, and both parties shall continue to adhere to the brand chain development and carry out the all-round cooperation. He pointed out that as Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei face good development opportunities from 2018 to the end of the 13th Five-year Plan, Tourism Investment Jinling shall focus on both development speed and quality, and seek for a steady development. He pointed out that Tourism Investment Jinling shall adhere to the market-based operation, and its existing hotels shall accelerate the market transformation and make benefits in the market.
