Detail rules about the benefits:

【1】Food & drink consumption points: For food and beverage consumption, 1 point is earned for every 10 yuan; for discount dishes, no points are earned for service fee, and no points are earned for group purchase; special offers that give free meals or exempt meals for certain number of persons don’t earn points;
【2】Special birthday gifts for members: The content and amount of the birthday gifts shall be determined by TIHG Hotels Management Group, and shall be from time to time updated, and the group shall not be responsible for compensating for the difference ;
【3】Food & beverage discount: Discount doesn’t apply for some products and fees, including bargain food, sea food, drinks, bargain dishes, luxury dried goods, and service fee, etc.;
【4】Free room upgrade: Only applicable for the room that the member himself/herself uses (depending on the occupancy on the day), and other rooms that the member pays for during this stay are not eligible for upgrade;
【5】Free breakfast: Silver elite members can get a free breakfast for the member him/herself during his/her stay (only for rooms without breakfast; gold card and jade card members can get free double breakfasts (the member’s companion that gets free breakfast must check into the same room with the member) (only for rooms without breakfast );
【6】Welcome snacks in the room: The welcome snacks may be determined according to the features of each hotel, and TIHG Hotels Management Group is not responsible for compensating for the difference;
【7】Member upgrade gift (delivered by TIHG Hotel Management Group); the upgrade gifts shall be customized by the group, and the gifts may be updated and adjusted from time to time, so, the gifts you receive may differ;
【8】Guarantee for advance reservation: Not applicable in cases of special situations, including but not limited to major events, and governmental receptions;
【9】Free drinks during stay: The drinks shall be determined by each hotel, so the free drinks may be different in different hotels, and TIHG Hotel Management Group is not responsible for compensating for the difference;
【10】Free access to the Executive Lounge (if there is any): Gold card and jade card members may enjoy the executive lounge benefits with 1 companion (limited to 1 person) during stay. (Only for available services in the hotel);
【11】One complimentary executive room voucher each year (advance reservation required ) ; the complimentary room vouchers cannot be switched to cash, and their validity period is one membership year.
【12】One complimentary pick-up service each year (advance reservation required): This service may be ordered only after a room reservation has been generated , and its validity period shall be 1 membership year.
