Cangzhou traditional dishes, commonly known as "buckle bowl", has been circulating since the Yongle period of the Ming Dynasty. Although it is a meat dish, it is fat but not greasy. It removes excess fat and retains the nutrients of the food, which meets the modern requirements for a healthy diet.
